The population is getting older and when we all get older we lose the ability to do certain things. It is important to consider what will happen when you get to the stage whereby you cannot make decisions for yourself.

In these circumstances you would want somebody you know and trust to be there for you. A way of achieving this is by preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney.

There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorney:

  • A Lasting Power of Attorney that grants authority in relation to your property and financial affairs.
  • A Lasting Power of Attorney that grants authority in relation to your health and welfare.

We can advise you through the registration process and explain the various options available to you.
